Day 126: Luang Prabang, Laos (Part One)
On the way to some caves along the Mekon River
The walk up to the first part of the caves.
Ali leaving the caves.
On the way to the upper caves
Entrance to the caves.
Timer shot from 20 feet away. Inside the cave.
Luang Prabang has several dozen Wats.
Some chicken feet to gnaw on.
Mark is from South Carolina, he ate some feet.
Royal Palace Museum
Ground of the museum
A really cool looking Wat outside of the Royal Palace.
I played hakey-sac with these monks for a good hour. Lots of fun.
The monks live around the Wats. The city is swarming with Wats so you can imagine the cool sights you see around town.
