The next day was a little tough. The major ascent happened but a nice reward at the end was worth it.

Vegatation seemed to disappear the higher I went.

Although the veggies went away the climb was full of great waterfalls from all the glaciers.

Can you spot the refugio?

It wasnt really necessary to bring crampons, but narrow paths like this always give you a start.

Complete with a bar, beds, WC, and running glacier water!
