London, England

Hey Folks!

I arrived into London late on the 14Th, just after midnight. The flight was delayed and the queue at customs was 2 hours long. After the tiring wait I decided to sleep at the airport rather than trek through the city.

In the morning I trekked down to central London and called my cousin, Jill. I arranged to stay with her for the 3 days in London.

The day was absolutely gorgeous. Below are some of the sights we visited.

We spent the first day walking around central London. There is so much to do London and you can get away spending next to nothing if you keep it outside.

The Houses of Parliament and Big Ben are obviously a great attraction and they didn't let down.

London was quite the culture shock. I wasn't prepared with all the wealth, like the above car.

Princess Dianna lived in the above mansion for many years.

From the Parliament buildings we walked over too Trafalgar Square towards St. James Park and Buckingham Palace.

My cuz and her boy.

The following night I braved the ice-rain and walked around Tower Bridge. This attraction was really great at night despite the cold.

The above photo is my impression of a London Chav!

The London Eye is quite the skyline addition.

Overall London was a really pleasant surprise. I only spent about 60 bucks the entire 3 days.
