After spending weeks in hostels and guest houses it was time to treat myself to a relaxing week at the beach. I decided to find the most expensive resort on the island. It turns out Coral Grand Resort is it. Its about 2300 baht per night and has all the perks to keep you from leaving.

Reception is nice and small. The view from the top is very surreal. Beautiful.
Paths and gardens guide you around the resort.
The oceanfront resteraunt has descent but clean food, which is key.
The ocean is really still at 7:30am.
